A Public Adjuster Can Take The Stress Away!

A Public Adjuster is a certified claims professional that advocates for the insured during the claims process. The same way an insurance company has adjusters who represent them, you will have a PA representing you. Hiring a PA allows policyholders to receive the maximum amount of indemnification for their claim. 

The Public Adjuster will meet with you at the location of your loss, inspect the damage, your policy, and provide a Loss Report. We will file your claim (if you haven't already), meet for an inspection with your insurance company, handle all necessary paperwork and phone calls and then negotiate the settlement value.  

 Public Adjusters are beneficial if you have a claim that has either been denied, underpaid, or simply a new claim that you need help with.

 Public Adjusters can help substantially increase the settlement value of a claim as per the insurer's policy.

A Public Adjuster may be referred to you by a contractor, but we are employed by the Homeowner (You). We receive a percentage from the total claim amount so our goal is to maximize your claim in every way possible. 

We do not get paid unless your claim is approved. 

A Public Adjuster assists in finding needed temporary housing, assist in hiring contractors, engineers, roofers, tree removal, etc. 

Everything you will need to get your property back to its pre-loss condition (indemnification).

The biggest difference is that this way you will have us out during 1st contact with your insurance company. We have found this to give us a better chance of settling claims faster and with less moving parts.
