The PA For Contractors

The Policyholder is who we will have a contract with, but the contractor is that first contact and of course the preferred contractor for the claim. We will always look out for every party involved that is advocating for the policyholder.

 One of the biggest stresses in this industry is a lack of communication, but we assure you, we will have weekly updates per file so you will be kept in the loop. This will help mitigate any concern and we will have 15 day status updates that will give all parties an idea of how the process is going per file.

Our cut on each file is a % of  the total claim payout. We do not get paid unless you get paid and we are financially and morally motivated to recover the maximum amount possible for the covered loss.  Our name will be on each insurance check along with the insured, and the check will be mailed by the carrier to our office. As soon as the check arrives, we invoice the contractor and take our fee out of the insurance proceeds. We then pay you directly after the check is endorsed by the homeowner. 

We do not get paid unless the claim is approved. 

We maximize each and every claim we get our hands on. Not to take advantage of the insurance company but do get what the homeowner is owed based on their policy.
