This is a complete, top to bottom, 360 inspection of the affected area resulting in a free detailed Loss Report for the policyholder. This report will be used to send to the Insurer if it is deemed there to be a covered loss.
This is why we have to be trained and licenced by the state. The Policy is KING when it comes to everything regarding a loss on an insured property. This is where all of the decisions will be based and where we make sure the insurer is pulling any information from.
We will do a full policy review to make sure your loss is actually covered before we move forward with any contact with the insurance company.
This is where the Loss Report and the Policy Review come into play. We will now begin contact with the insurer to do a multitude of things whether it be, set a 2nd inspection, review our reports, provide us with their reports, etc. This is a process that we can not put a time limit on depending on the status and extent of the loss. We will be going back and forth with the insurer to make sure the policyholder is fairly indemnified as per the policy.
This is the best part! At this point we have fully negotiated the claim and have reached a settlement amount that is fair and just. We will then help the policyholder with any residual invoices needed and will distribute funds appropriately. The claim is settled!
